Subject to Availability:
Green-Tee Golf Rentals will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the Golf Rental Equipment you desire.
However, please note that due to unknown factors such as Rental Equipment not being returned on time, insufficient Lead Time, lost or stolen equipment, etc, If the Rental Equipment you desire is unavailable, we may ask you to make alternative selections.
You may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the “First Rental Day” (as defined below)
by notifying Green-Tee Golf Rentals in writing or by E-mail of your wish to cancel.
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the First Rental Day may be charged one-day's rental for the type of set ordered.
By acknowledging this Agreement, you also authorize Green-Tee Golf Rentals to charge the Hirer’s credit card for any late, lost, stolen,
broken, non-returned equipment, and for all other amounts payable under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Failure to return the Equipment for any reason on the Last Hire Day or when requested to do so by "Green-Tee Golf Rentals", will result in our charging your credit card the full amount of the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the Equipment, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period.
In respect to DAMAGED/BROKEN CLUBS* shall be reduced to zero providing the head and shaft of the club is returned.
Please note that club will be considered as broken only when the distance from the head of the club don´t exceed 4 centimetres, above this distance the full price listed as lost/stolen club below will apply.
Where the head of the club is not returned said equipment will be deemed as lost / stolen.
